Reporting Bugs

If Echofon crashes, please send us a crash report log to support@echofon.com . This is extremely helpful for us to improve Echofon!

How to send a crash report:

  1. Sync your iPhone with PC or Mac. This copies the crash log from your iPhone to the PC or Mac.
  2. Find the crash log on your PC or Mac in the folders listed below. The report files begin with "TwitterFon_":
    • Mac OS X : ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
    • Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/
    • Windows Vista: C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
  3. Send the crash report log to support@echofon.com .
